LIMINALS collects and uses personal information only as necessary to provide real estate services, and in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) [SBC 2003].

If you are a registered consumer (Registrant) using our virtual office website (VOW), you should review the British Columbia Real Estate Association's Privacy Notice and Consent, which forms part of your acceptance of our Terms of Use.

Electronic messages (CASL)

We send commercial electronic messages (such as price-drop alerts and new-match emails) only with your express consent, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every message identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe link; you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting your account or access to listings.

Security and retention

We use reasonable physical, organisational, and technical safeguards to protect personal information. Records of Registrants' activity on this site are retained for at least one hundred and eighty (180) days after a Registrant's password expires, in accordance with GVR's MLS® VOW Policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting our Privacy Officer at the address below. Complaints may also be filed with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
